Discount Codes will not be applied to gift cards. However, discount codes specifically for the gift card may exist as a promotion in the future.

You will receive your gift card about 10 minutes after purchasing the gift card. If the order is marked as fraudulent, we will investigate the order before sending out the gift card. If the delay for the gift card takes more than 1 hour, please contact us at support@spigen.com.

You will be able to use more than one gift card per purchase. You may use a discount code in an order with the use of a gift card for purchase.

If you happen to lose your gift card, we will resend the gift card email. Please contact us at support@spigen.com, so that we can assist you.

Gift cards will not expire once purchased.
- Reward points will be awarded when purchasing a gift card. However, when PAYING with a gift card, reward points will NOT be awarded.
