"I just purchased my 2nd style ring. The first one lasted a little over a year before the ring broke off. I re-purchased, because the size, shape and functionality suited my needs."
Return to original quality
"I use to swear by these. First one I got lasted me for years. However, in the last year I bought a replacement that didn't last more than a month and the replacement I got is already defective. Just sitting here scrolling, it slide right off my spigen case. Something had to have changed with the adhesive because the quality difference is very noticeable."
Broken Ring
"Worked great prior to it breaking at the connector for the ring to the base. The metal plating on the ring was already well faded, exposing the copper underneath when the ring broke suddenly. Luckily my phone was not damaged. I had this product for about a year or so."

It Broke & My Phone Went Flying
"I was happy with this ring until it suddenly broke and my phone went flying. I loved the rose gold color and thought it was sturdy until it broke where the ring stem connects to the base. The glue is very strong though as the base is still stuck to my case. I'm worried it will ruin my case if I try to pry it off. I would expect for the price that this ring would last longer. It broke just short of two years. Luckily my phone landed on the carpet and not on a hard surface."

- Great question! After removing the Style Ring from the device, please lightly wash the adhesive gel pad with water to reinforce the stickiness. Please make sure to fully air dry the adhesive gel pad before reinstalling it onto the new surface. We hope this helps!

- Thanks for your question! We recommend applying the Style Ring to a non-coated, non-textured surface such as the Galaxy S20+ Slim Armor Essential S or Ultra Hybrid cases. As the Neo Hybrid case has a slightly textured back with a matte finish, it may not adhere as well.

- Would this affect wireless charging?
- Thanks for your inquiry! We do not recommend that you use our Style Rings with wireless chargers as it will prevent the phone from being placed flat or flush on the charging pad and disrupt wireless charging. However, you may still charge your phone wirelessly if you have installed the Style Ring in a position which does not obstruct the wireless charging area and will allow the phone to be placed flush with the charging pad.
- This nifty little style ring isn't only convenient, it has saved me a fortune. I don't drop my phone & crack the screen anymore. But I accidentally pulled it off the counter & broke the ring off from its base. I am totally dependent on this thing, so I ordered a new one. Now I have to remove the old base & it isn't budging. Any ideas?
- Thanks for your inquiry! There are couple ways to remove the base of the Style Ring. Here are some tested methods: 1. Removing it using your nails to lift and slide in a hard card such as your ID or credit card. But if your nails are too short, it can be a bit difficult. 2. To remove it without using your nails! You can use a long string or dental floss! What you'll need: (we recommend a partner), dental floss, plastic card of sort, tissue Step 1. Have your partner face you. He or she should then slip the string of dental floss/ string under one corner of the Style Ring base, holding each end of the floss in each hand. Step 2. Tell your partner to move the floss/string back and forth under the base in a sawing motion. It will slowly come loose as the floss works its way in. Continue until the floss is about 5mm in. Step 3. Have your partner lift the base by pulling up the floss up slightly while you insert the plastic card. Step 4. Once card is inserted, slowly push in the card then lift the base off.
