Return Policy

All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, and all items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund. Executive rewards members have a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

  • Must include a valid original purchase order number from Spigen.com. Purchases made outside of Spigen.com must contact respective seller for returns.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  • Aside for Elite and Executive rewards members, return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
  • Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • If you are not using our pre-paid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Spigen Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
  • The prepaid return label is not available for international returns.

* Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

* Clearance and Warehouse Sale Items: All clearance and warehouse sale items are final sale and not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

* Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.


Start a Return Returns FAQ


Please follow these instructions for returns:

  1. Click "Start a Return" and enter your order number and email address associated with the order. You may also initiate a return by logging into your account and clicking on the “Request a return” button next to the desired order.
  2. Choose the item(s) you wish to return, and enter the reason for return for each item.
  3. Select the shipping method for the return. Elite and Executive rewards members should receive the shipping label via email in 1-2 business days, pending approval. All other customers who have chosen the pre-paid shipping label method should be able to access the pre-paid shipping label right away through the Returns Dashboard. An email containing the shipping label should have also been sent (may have been sorted into your Spam folder).
  4. Package the item(s) and invoice, affix the shipping label (if applicable), and drop the package off at your local post office. If you are not using a pre-paid shipping label, please ship the package to the following address:

  5. You will receive an email notification once we have received and processed your return. If you selected a refund, the notification will confirm the refund details. If you selected an exchange, the notification will include tracking information once your replacement item has shipped.
