"One of the two screen protectors was faulty and could not be installed. The one that was installed seems to be great (though I have only had it on for a few days). I was hoping for an expedited shipment to replace the faulty one, but was told that is not possible. The refund process seems unnecessarily complicated."

"Installation is very easy and simple. My only problems was making sure my screen was exceptionally clean. Upon using it the first time I encountered a crumb, so I had to remove it and use the second screen protector which I applied with minimal bubbles. The bubbles were easily removed with the provided application tool, and it is flawless!"
