"I've been having difficulty getting the watch to charge with the included base lately. I first purchased it back in February and it was fine ;you had to play with it a little to get it to charge … now I have to remove the case ."

"Fits my big wrist great. Is a softer rubber/silicone vs another I had bought that was harder/stiffer. I again that appreciate the charger adapter at your can charge without taking the watch out of the band. I definitely recommend."

Only thing would be nice is The ability to change what position you have the crown at. You have to have it upside down if you want the crown facing the different way on your wrist. "Have a new pixel watch 4 and read about the charging issues and the changes Sprigen has made to rectify the situation. The updated watch band and new charging stand are home runs! I loved the ease of placing the watch into the new band. In the past it was a PIA to to get the watch in the "housing" and then having to struggle to get the bands attached No longer! The watch first easily into the band and the straps are now part of the band so no need to attached them to the watch! The updated charger lets you now charge the watch effortless versus NOT charging in the first version. I love the beefiness of the band. It's the right rugged look and protection needed while I do farm chores! Thanks Sprigen for listening and taking quick actions to redesign the band to accommodate chagesin the Pixel Watch 4! Y'all did a great job. Highly recommend if you had doubts based on older reviews They nailed it!"

"I purchased this when the Pixel Watch 4 45 mm LTE came out and unfortunately, there was a design flaw and it didn't charge when you put it in the cradle, HOWEVER, Spigen fixed the issue and sent me out an updated stand and now it works PERFECTLY! I'm now a Spigen Customer for LIFE! Why, because although they made a mistake, they fixed the issue and mailed me the updated stand and again, it works perfectly! Thank you, Spigen for taking care of your customers! I can now highly recommend this watch cover and stand! Thank YOU!"
